birads 4 on galactogram report

I got a copy of the report from the radiologist today and it's a birads 4.

Impression says "obstructing intraductal mass within the subareolar region with a possible second additional intraductal mass in a more superficial location. Surgical consult is recommended. "

This is after having unilateral nipple discharge for more than a year, mammograms, ultrasound and now the galactogram.

Waiting on the appt with the breast surgeon now.

The not knowing is the hardest.
