Hot flashes have decreased while on Tamoxifen

I have been on tamoxifen since April 2015; I was having pretty strong and consistent hot flashes since Januray 2015 thanks to chemo and tamoxifen, but I've noticed in the last 3 weeks or so I haven't really had any hot flashes or if I do they are very mild. I have not had my period since feb 2015, but I noticed I've been breaking out more and had pms like symptoms last week.

I don't know if my ovaries are trying to start up again;I'm worried that maybe the tamoxifen isn't working anymore, has anyone else had this happen?
