Man this is driving me nuts! I get itchy even in weird places and simply itching doesn't kill it. I like like I have tourrettes or something, or like a monkey itching all over. Of course it's worse at sleep time. Is there anything you can take to alleviate what can't be alleviated by scratching? It's not the same thing as having dry skin. I think it's the nerves affected by chemo.

i have read that lidocaine creme can relieve the itch. Talk to your MO and they can prescribe.
