I found this - http://healthalert.news/terminal-breast-cancer-cou... Of course it will require additional extensive research and trials but it's one of the most optimistic cures I've heard about. To summarize, researchers have found a way to hide a current drug, doxorubicin in microscopic discs allowing the drug to hide from cancer cells once injected in the body. A clearer explanation is found in the link. Again, it sounds hopeful, especially for us with metastatic disease.

It does sound hopeful Amy. We can hope and pray that one of these promising new treatments comes along in time to help us all beat this monster...

Bon, I knew the name Doxirubcin was familiar I just didn't look into it further - wow, now I'm even more impressed and hopeful this works. But as you say the side-effects could be very difficult. This is the first time I've heard of the possibility to cure Stage IV and not just manage it. Lots and lots of prayers this works.
