Bounce back from low EF?

anyone out there had to stop herceptin treatment due to low EF and been able to restart after only missing one dose?

I am stage 4 and this is my second time on herceptin. I never made the year of herceptin in initial diagnosis because my EF dropped.

Was recently put back on it to help with my stage 4 cancer. 9 months in and my EF dropped again. Frustrating.

I know many of the Herceptin alternatives are more cardio toxic so worried about my next step. I'm already on beta blockers and ace inhibitors.

Suggestions? Good stories?
