Questions about symptoms for lung, liver, and spine mets.

Hi, I was just diagnosed two weeks ago and it's been a whirlwind of scans and chemo and craziness. I have lung Mets and I just started coughing up mucus with blood in it. Also have insane amount of nose bleeds(may be allergy related). Is this normal? I asked my Onc, she says yes but I'm still nervous.
