Cough -taxotere (docetaxol)

Hi everyone. Currently halfway through 4 cycles of docetaxol and cyclophosphamide. Towards the end of the first cycle I developed an irritating cough, checked this out with the oncs and we put it down to a viral infection. Now am day 8 of second cycle and cough is starting up again.

Anyone had similar side effect ?

I also developed a very persistent cough after c/t. I had 4 cycles. I think the cough showed up after the 2nd. It was quite annoying but gradually went away by the end of the 3- week cycle. Good luck. Seems to be temporary.

I had horrible cough through AC and Paclitaxel.  Also, I became allergic to gluten/wheat and dairy during chemo which exacerbated the cough.   I am 4 years out and still allergic...
