5 years tamoxifen and after femara side effect on aromasin

if any one having same side effects ? I took 5 years tamoxifen had less problems that i am now . Being on femara only 6 month develop excruciating pain in lower extremity boons , oncologist switch me to aromasin . Now I am 48 year old with atrophy in vaginal wall , having UTI almost 2 -3 weeks , no vaginal hormones , so scare , feeling like 80-90y old .
