Arimidex (anastrozole) - What is your experience?

I will be starting this Friday/Saturday. The topic has been broached in other discussions, but I really wanted some recent comments and experiences with this drug. I know there can be side effects and I also have heard that some have no side effects at all. Well, what's you story; I would really like some thoughts, comments and experiences shared not only for myself but for others that will be heading down this path. Thank you.
