Liver cyst, hemangioma, or mets?

Options

This past week has been full of appointments and TONS of scans. I've been having right rib pain and "liver" pain. My stomach bloats like crazy after I eat anything and I am extremely nauseous. I've lost two pounds in the last week. My CT and sono show what is believed to be 3 liver cysts and 1 hemangioma. All three cysts are over 1cm and the hemangioma is 1.7cm. They are scheduling me a PET scan. Anyone with liver mets have anything like this happen? I'm trying to decide if I need to get a second opinion. The pain is insane.

stotamom for every scary outcome, there is also a benign one. Rib pain can be Mondors cording where a cord develops running from breast down to abdomen. Liver cysts can be inflammation following chemo, some women even end up having to get their gallbladder surgery removed because of sludge build up after chemo.

Fingers crossed your findings are benign
