Glandular tissue

Hi, I was hoping to get some opinions. I had bmx in 2012. I've noticed a few years ago I felt some lumps under my armpit near my implant. I've had a few biopsies done in a few years to make sure it's not malignant. I've noticed that the tissue has increased in size, which led me to mybs to do a fna biopsy today. Today he recommended that I surgically get it removed. Do you think it's necessary to remove? I know with any mastectomy some breast tissue will always remain. I just hate the idea of going into surgery for the 3rd time. Any thoughts

I don't know if you get MRIs but one of mine mentioned that I had very little breast tissue. I wonder if that type of information might be helpful. I'd probably get it removed since it is changing. Just my thoughts. Best of luck!
