I was using Weleda products before my BC diagnosis and just started using the deodorants again 2+ months post-BMX. Thye are sprays and for now, I am spraying on cotton ball and dabbing in my arm pits and I am still swollen & have cording. I love all 3 fragrances. Weleda website You can buy these at Whole Foods or Amazon, I was also recommended to try Dr Hauschka roll on deodorant: Dr Hauschka

Very excited as I just shaved my pits with an electric razor for the first time in over 2 months tonight! Hallelujah!

leggo- I used what's called Earth Box, made by a company in I think PA, and organic soil, because I have limited sun in my yard, and these can be placed anywhere. Along driveway, sunny side of the house, etc. I purchase large bags of organic soil and use organic tomato fertilizer, and two tomato plants or four pepper plants per box. They last for years, are easy to water, can even be left if you go away for the weekend. I place the tomato boxes along my cyclone fence--plenty of sun, AND something to stake the plants to.

Amygil81--I have used Kiss My Face also. They also have a great body lotion. My Walgreens also carries a brand called Ology which is Castile based soap/shampoo all in one. Huge bottle lasts forever.

Www.earthbox.com they last forever, check out the site. I have a shady yard, so I can place these in the sunny areas. Also against the cyclone fence is helpful for staking tomatoes. They recommend 2 tomato plants per pot. 4 pepper plants. Lettuce and greens like kale can go into large pots. I purchase Organic soil and organic fertilizer. What state do you live in? Each state has a university extension often with local offices. They are a great help. It's not too late to start plants indoors, in little pots, with a gentle spray from a spray bottle to,water them until they sprout. Then transplant to larger pots until you can put them outside. Hope this helps.

amygil81-Lymphedema is not caused by the products you use. It is caused by the loss of lymph nodes due to the surgery, whether mastectomy or lumpectomy, and the interruption of the lymph circulation that results. They don't even know why some women get it and some don't. It's related to the number of nodes sampled too. I had 17 removed, so I was almost sure to get it. And did before 6 weeks was passed.

Leggo--I see you're probably in Canada. You have plenty of time to get little plants going inside before the date of last frost. I think that is into June where you are. My DH goes fishing every year in Dryden, Canada, and they're still pretty cold up there in early June. Tomatoes don't like to be out in the cold. So go,ahead and start some seed.

Ever since I had an MX 4.5 years ago, I have used Dr. Bronner's Baby Soap - continued to use it with LE.

Have never had any problems - not sure where that fits into the scope of things!! Plus, ever since chemo

I do not have body odor under my arms - even the non-LE arm. Anyone else? It is very strange to me!

I do not even need deodorant!! I used to have terrible body odor.

Does anyone have any experience with the Rodan and Fields skin care line? Two friends recently became reps. It's pricey, but the pictures before and after are amazing. Not a makeup line, just twice a day skin care. I'm kind of a tightwad, so I'm politely putting them off. But........I look like an old hag after 2 1/2 years on the aromatase inhibitors. I've aged 10 years. Worth it?

No experience with that anti-aging line, but I got sucked into it with their PROACTIV line during my kids acne years. Didn't do squat, called to cancel....but they kept sending and billing sending and billing. If I'm not mistaken, they've changed the name of it to UNBLEMISH. I don't think it's a good sign if you have to 're-market the same product.

I concoct my own wrinkle stuff now....works not bad, could be better, but at least I know FOR SURE what's in it....Shea butter, rose hip oil, aloe gel or juice and the tiniest bit of coconut oil and glycerin because the coconut oil clogs my pores. Still experimenting. Sometimes though, I cheat and use AQUAPHOR when my skin is super dry. That works really well as a wrinkle cream. Super greasy so I just use at night....by morning all the grease has soaked in. I ask for the one behind the counter (the one they use for compounding), the off the shelf version has additional ingredients.

Let me know how the Rodan and Fields stuff works out, if you decide to use it. My prune face needs a LOT of help!
