Interstitial Brachytherapy

Hi. I am age 52 but still premenopausal and am considering interstitial brachytherapy instead of whole breast radiation. Does anyone have experience with this. What is it like (the placement of the tubes, living with them for a week, the treatment, etc.) and how does this affect the look of the breast after? Can anyone give me some of the ugly details, ha ha.
