Got my Tamoxifen today

so my Dr gave me a prescription for Tamoxifen since I am high risk. Some of the side effects sound scary but cancer sounds more scary. What time of day do you take your pill? Does it make you sleepy or cause insomnia? Trying to figure out the best time of day to take this.
