Hello everyone! This is my fur baby Leroy. He is looking proud since he used his stairs by himself! He was with my parents for a bit after I came home from the hospital after my UMX. I live alone and I didn’t factor in that poor Leroy lacks the ability to jump onto furniture (he really is uncoordinated 😁) I usually lift him but I am still on lifting restrictions. So I got him stairs!!! Problem solved
-
Cute dog! Glad to hear the stairs worked!
-
Oh he is so stinkin' cute! Love the puppy pic too!
-
Dani444 your little Leroy is a sweet one. I bet he will be great comfort to you in your recovery! Great idea on the steps.
-
Spookie never figured out how to jump onto anything. Lap, bed, couch, nothing. Flys off things, no problems. Not good for her legs or spine. She has steps to couch, and my bed, and uses both. Excellent idea for small dogs, and older big ones with mobility issues.
-
M-I just want to hug him. I look at his pictures and I start smiling.
-
He’s a babe for sure. We still have such a bond. I love him. It’s funny how sometimes you just bind with an animal. It’s just different. Somehow. Kinds like people... they will get their turkey pieces tomorrow... they are a already starting to smell the prep smells , which can get their radars going! Happy Thanksgiving 🦃🍁🍽!
-
Leroy is so cute and I love that you got him stairs and how proud he is to be on the couch!
Domino still jumps on couches and beds, is very spry at 12 years! I think one day I will have to get stairs for her.
Happy Thanksgiving everyone! Thankful for our paw families. I previously posted only Domino, here’s our full paw family of Domino, Tucker and Kit Kat. Little Kit Kat (black pom) crossed the rainbow bridge earlier this year but she’s still with us. Tucker (border collie mix) is 16 and still going strong! Domino (white parti pom is also my ESA support dog and comes with me to treatment.

-
pebbles- you have a good looking fur family
-
Waiting for daddy to come home
-
Spooky's mom your pictures are too cute.
-
Spookiesmom what sweet babies. I bet they fly down those stairs when he walks in.
-
Kris goes over the side, Spookie uses the steps😜
-
we just brought home a new Pomsky puppy named Jewel.
-
Precious Angel!!
-
How cute!!! Name? Hugs and kisses from us!!!!!
-
Jewel! Is perfect! Welcome to your new home!
-
Jewel is a great name for such a cutie pie.
-
How cute!

.....we decided that our big guys feet are cold lol. He doesn't even care at all. He just lays there. He is such a good temperament of a breed I have to say. The older he gets the more loving he becomes. I have had him since he was 8 weeks old! He found his forever home! He is showered with love. And kisses everyday! Dogs are so unconditional!!!
-
Awww!
-
I’ve never had a short hair dog. Do they seem to feel outdoors cold sooner/more than long hair double coated dogs
-
Michmel - what an interesting idea - definitely for a dog who "doesn't even care". My little curly dog (here as a puppy) is definitely happier on a blanket.
-
He is a hunting dog. So he loves the snow and doesn’t even feel the cold Most times. He can be outside for hours just standing there looking good around trying to find a good sniff to follow. He does shed but it’s not bulk it’s little fine hairs. When he does shed it does go everywhere. Just so fine it vacuums up quickly. Doesn’t clog the vacuum, like our other dog. Who has golden retriever hair.. he sure does have a personality!! ~M~
-
Feel ya about shedding hair! Was owned by an Australian Shepherd for 14 1/2 years. That boy wrote the book on shedding. He was my ❤️ dog.
-
jo6359 and lucy55 - thank you! Lots of love in our paw family.
Spookiesmom - SOooo adorable! My husband says that's what Domino and Tucker do waiting for me to come home.
Rah2464 - You would love the way the pups come bounding over when we come home!
Tresjoli2 - Jewel is the CUTEST!! Please keep posting pics of that little Pomsky. Reminds me of Domino - who is a full pom but a lot of people think she's a Pomsky too:
Micmel - your big guy has SUCH a good life, look at him all cozy. Reminds me of when our Tucker cuddled up to my foot to nap:
Magiclight - that little curly pup of yours looks like a doll!
-
Pebbles, yes he is a doll, but a very big doll now that he is 2+ years.
Nice footwarmer.
-
Talk about shedding, Jackson is a shedder! Being a Sheltie, when Spring comes, I have to vacuum 3x a week!
-
Hi Everyone - just wanted to share a picture of my fur baby, Finnegan. He gives me so much love and I just love him to pieces
