Side effects of Biopsy

I was just diagnosed with ILC. The only detail I know is that the tumor is grade 2 and that it is very large. I had a MRI-guided vacuum assisted core needle biopsy done on the 19th of February. I was wondering if anyone else had significant changes in the size and shape of the tumor after the biopsy and also any extreme stabbing pains. I wasn't expecting the biopsy to hurt like it does and I wasn't expecting the change that is occurring within the tumor. This is all new to me and I want to be informed and learn as much as I can so I can be my own advocate.
