does anyone have any links to research on Diep surgery and risk of metastatic disease? I am stage 3 with poor response to chemo and I know there is discussion around the physiological effects of surgery, anaesthesia, opioids etc. But can't find specific evidence or studies showing that it doesn't affect outcomes.
