What do others recommend for scars after DIEP flap? I got Scaraway long strips for my breasts. If I use that product for my ab incision, I'll need at least three at a time. Im wondering if it makes more sense to get the Oleeva abdominoplasty shape? Or if there are any other silicone strip products? And what have you used on your belly button? I'll hopefully be able to start using something for those in a week or two

    Hi jlstacey,

    I too am concerned about scaring because I'm prone to developing keloids. I pointed this out to the ARNP at the PS office. She said if keloids result from the breast or stomach incisions they would inject it with steroids. Please keep posting on the results you get with the scaraway strips. I'll have to do some research on Oleeva or any other scar reducing brands.
