Hello everyone. I had my lumpectomy with IORT Feb 18, 2016. Stage 1 breast cancer, single mother and unemployed with two clueless, unemotional teenagers who are totally self observed and doesn't seems to give a crap about me or my health. My body is tired, I'm tired and very emotional. How do you get through these obstacles that you would want to go on with life. Doesn't make me want to follow up with my doctor or take any meds. Just feel like living life to the fullest and what ever happens it will be for the best.

You keep going because one day, believe it or not, those unemotional, clueless teenagers will mature and become adults. They will need you and you will need them. They will bring you joy when they give you grandchildren and realize what it means to be a parent and what sacrifices you made for them. Keep your chin up, get through this and keep on keeping on. It will all be worth it
