CA-15 level jump

Just received Bloodwork results which show a steep increase in CA-15 level. Went from 36.9 to 45.5. Had breast cancer surgery in July, 2014, followed by short term radiation, no chemo. Been on Femara for about 15 mos. Have had bone scan and other tests that have shown minor bone lesions but doc says not worrisome. My CA-15 levels have ranged from 34.8 to upper 30s but a 9 point jump in 3 mos has me spooked. Seeing doc on Friday. Increasing joint pain, too. Thought I had made it past daily worry. Am a bit frightened of return or metastasis
