lumps around expander

Hi everyone. I had my mastectomy and expander placed over 13 months ago. I finished filling it probably 10 months ago. I have noticed that there is a lump in kind of a ridge around 1 o clock looking at the breast. I saw my surgeon last week and she didn't notice it, but when I pointed it out, she did an ultrasound and there was something there, but she couldn't tell what it was. She said she wasn't too worried, it was possibly fluid or scar tissue. Well, now this week I feel a painful lump at around 4 o clock (kind of starting to go to the underside of the expander) Has anyone had any experience with anything like this? (I pointed the new one out to my Lymph therapist today and she could feel it as well, so at least I know I'm not crazy) Ideas?
