Surgeon asking for chemo (5 Months)

I am afraid of CHEMO, but....

after lumpectomy and pathological results, Surgeon is asking for Chemo for 5 months (every 3 weeks) and then Radiation 6 weeks)

He did not ask for Oncotype test but forwarded the case to Oncologist. I am going to see oncologist next week, Do I request him for Oncotype test and then decide for CHEMO. Looking for guidance.

Dx: 12/14/15 right IDC/DCIS, 2cm, stage 2, grade 3, 0/1 nodes, ER/PR+ Her2-

surgery: 2/1/2016 Lumpectomy right, lymph node removal right sentinel

the medical oncologist is typically the one to order the Oncotype test. Hopefully he/she will do that.
