is there any use of this test in dcis? i know it's available specifically for dcis but from what i understand the standard treatment is lump+rad. how would that change with test results?

It can give your doctor a better idea of whether you would benefit from radiation or can skip it. I wish it was available to me when I had surgery but alas, it was not offered. I did the standard treatment and don't regret it but also know that knowledge is power.
