Tubular polyps

I sure hope this place is alright to ask my question. I've had several test and they found several different things.

Like : Sclerosing adenosis, Intraductal papillomatosis, peripheral papilloma, duct hyperplasia, fibrocystic changes, & extremely dense breast tissue.

They sent me to an oncologist and she said she needs some MRI's yet to make sure nothing is hidden in the dense breast tissue, then wants to do surgery to remove one area.

Now heres my question. She said that normal polyps are shaped like a tear drops but the hyperplasia i have is full of polyps full of cigar shaped polyps rounded out the ends. Tubular shaped. Does this sound like a cancer to you guys? All I know is she wants to remove it. And that is very odd. Any answers I can get even if it sounds like cancer will help me. The not knowing is so difficult.
