Post radiation pain and Sjogren's

I was diagnosed with DCIS in Feb/2014, had breast conserving surgery and 16 radiation treatments that ended in August, 2014. I continue to have diffuse pain in that breast.

I was diagnosed with Sjogren's 10 years ago but the problems were only in my eyes until last year. In 2015 my Sjogren's erupted systemically - in many parts of my body.

1 - Could the Sjogren's have anything to do with my problem recovering from radiation and the resulting cell damage? The discomfort seems to be increasing. I dread the annual mammograms and ultrasounds and avoid doing self-checks.

2 - Could the radiation have unleashed my Sjogren's?

I also have chronic lymphocytic leukemia which was diagnosed at the same time as the Sjogren's. It has remained stable and I have not had treatment.

I am interested in hearing from anyone who can relate to one or more things in my situation.
