post exchange surgery - managing pain

Day 4 post exchange from TE to implants, with nipple reconstruction in the same procedure. SO PAINFUL. Can't move without severe pain inner breasts and along side under my arm. (no fat grafting involved) I've tried more and less percocet, but I can only tolerate a minimum dosage without side effects. Trying 5mg of valium. Trying Aleve. Just can't get the severe pain on one side under control, the gentlest of touch is excruciating and moving rib cage/arm is impossible. Is this nerve pain? Any suggestions?
