How many opinions should I get - and is there time for all that?

Just Dxd a few days ago with ILC (large Grade 2, Est and Progest pos). I know I want a bilat mastectomy and recon. So many doctors involved in this journey! There is a Pathologist (how do I know he read it right??), B Surgeon (becomes your PCP navigator thru this?), Plastic Surgeon, Medical Oncologist (Ive been told to stick close to home for this one) and Radiation Oncologist involved.

Excluding the path, these docs are sort of a team? How do they stay coordinated? Does the BS coordinate all your care and keep tabs on you, or is he basically done once the surgery is over? How many opinions from BS and PS should I get? How did you pick your team? I know, sooooo many questions, but this is just a few that are in my head swirling. Ive had one visit with one BS, and another one tomorrow.
