Has anyone used these surgeons in Atlanta area

Two doctors have been recommended to me. Dr. Jennifer Amerson at Northside Hospital, and Dr. Laura Pearson who operates at North Fulton and at Northside. I am having trouble finding reviews that are actually written, and not just "stars". Thanks for any input anyone has!

Smiley, I just saw this post today so it's probably too late.I lived in East Cobb and Roswell for 23 years. I am sure you have chosen a surgeon by now, but one of my best friends had Dr. Amerson for her BC many years ago. She loved her. Who did you select?

I'll be watching for any responses as well. I am trying to decide on switching to either Emory or Northside for my follow up care for reconstruction, lymphedema therapy and a nutritionist.

Probably too late for responding, but... Jennifer Amerson was recommeded to me at Breast Care Specialists in Dec 2015. I could not get an appt with her and saw Dr. Steinhaus also at BCS. We did not get along as I wanted to be too involved with my treatment. Northside Women's Center was a nightmare. I ended up at Emory. Plastic Surgeon is Dr Losken (a man of extremely few words), but worked MAGIC on my Lumpectomy, lift and reduction!!! Not to sound vain, but "they" look great! Again, man says next to nothing in appts, but does wonderful work. Dr Styblo was my Surgical Oncologist. Very stern, knows her stuff, talks fact and figures with you. My Oncologist is Dr Jane Meisel. Cannot say enough good things about her! She has been very nice to me, super smart, great bedside manner (I am a difficult, well informed patient; most Onco's don't care for me). Dr. Meisel answers all of my questions and truely cares about patients well being.

I would not recommend Dr.Styblo but definitely Dr.Losken.
