Headaches and Femara??

I had my hysterectomy on 12/31 and started Femara last week and I'm having headache trouble. It's gotten really bad as of last night and today, I'd say it is probably a migraine at this point.
Is this the Femara? Any suggestions on pain alleviation or does this get better? I've taken 800 mg of ibuprofen, it's dulled it some but still there and I feel queasy. Anyway, I hate taking these hormonal therapy drugs. Seriously hate them. bleh
help please!
