New BC after radiation: reconstruction options

I had BC 10 years ago and had full chemo and full radiation. This year My annual breast MRI found a new IDC only 2mm in size. But because I had radiation already, the only treatment now is a mascetomy. I am 44 years old and think it's best to remove both breast.

I met with 2 plastic surgeons and here are my options:

1. Right breast latissimus dorsi flap and implant and left breast expander with implant

2. Both right and left side latissimus dorsi flap and fat graft for both sides or impants for both sides

3. DIEP from belly for both right and left side

Any advise?? I'm a bit overwhelmed making this decision
