TE skin tingling/asleep? Poor circulation bruise?

8 days ago I had my double mastectomy with te. Yesterday I noticed a bruise along the upper part of my right te. On my chest. This particular spot is always tingling like the skin has fallen asleep. Its right along the line of where I can feel and the permanent numbness starts.
I do still have one tube in on that side. Is either the tube or te cutting off circulation to that area causing it to bruise. ?
I can sometimes shift myself around and the pressure and tingling will stop.
