I originally got diagnosed with Bc in October 2015, during that time the docs also checked my good side-left lymph nodes and breast. One node was highlighted on a CT scan but we weren't sure if it is cancer or not. My GS advised that rather than take it out, the chemo would get it if it was cancer. I'm now at the end of chemo and my MO arranged for an ultrasound of the node area. The results showed nothing, but is the ultrasound as reliable as the CT scan? And does that mean either the chemo got the node if it was cancerous or is it possible that the CT scan can find other things not just cancer. The ultrasound found nothing in the breast either. Just not really sure what do to now, but a bit uneasy. Is it possible the ultrasound might not have picked it up?

if ultrasound didn't pick anything up its possible you had a complete response to chemo which is a great thing with high survival rates only the pathology report after surgery will show if it is complete or not
