Breast Pain 5 Years Post BMX/Recon?

Is it normal to be having breast pain 5 years post BMX?

I'm having what feels like nerve pain that shoots from what feels like from deep in my breast and I just want to rip my breast off sometimes - I think it's nerve pain but not sure. Sometimes it feels like something solid is there but I have scar tissue anyway from BMX and reconstruction which used my inner thigh tissue and muscle.

It's mainly one breast - only slight discomfort in the other.

Anyone else have this? The pain only started recently. I've had some nerve discomfort in the past but not like this.

I don't appear to have any swelling - lymphedema.
