PR positive biopsy and negative after mammaprint test

I just got my results back, high risk Luminal B, I was ER+PR+ at biopsy and now according to the mammaprint test I am ER-PR+, How this can be? At biopsy I was 90% ER positive, 30%PR positiv

from a scale os -1 to + 1 the result is 0,06, freaking out big time I was prepared to be high risk but this ER thing is a big surprise
