I have had an itchy right nipple for well over a year. My right nipple is now larger than the left and red. I don't have any oozing or anything like that but now I am a little worried because when I googled it I saw articles about Pagets disease and these were the first symptoms. I was hoping someone would please tell me what my first step should be. Should I make an appointment with my regular MD or with my gynecologist? It just so happens my yearly mammogram is schedule in two weeks...so I guess that's good. I am just a little worried now. Will someone please take the time to tell me what I need to do. Thanks in advance for any advice or help anyone can give me.
