Pain in the left breast and nausea

Options

Hi guys, I really hope somone could help me in here and have similar conditions. I was diagnosed with breast cancer 11months ago, right breast, 9mm, envasive carcinoma, stage 2.

It was just the beginning of the breast cancer, I am in my early thirties, figured out the cancer by myself just by luck as everyone thought I'm crazy to complain about not feeling well for two years.

They did an onco type dx test and said no chemo, I did 35 days of radiation. Burned so horribly. And two months later went on tamoxifen till now. About two months ago, I started to have pain in my left breast and the pain gives me nausea, it started as mild but now I have nausea almost all the time. I did a pet scan ,Mri, mamogram, and ultrasound. No sign of cancer. I don't know why I am having all this pain and nasea, anyone has the same problem? Is it possible that I have cancer and they can't detect it. It's a really bad feeling and scary.

Thank you

When I was on Tamoxifen, I had almost constant nausea. My pcp sent me to a GI doc. He did an upper GI scope and found I had pretty bad heartburn/GERD which I had not had before that I knew of. Meds have helped, though I am now on Letrozole.

My guess is tamoxifen as well. I sometimes feel so bloated I can't eat, other times nausea.

I'm quite sure it's tamox because I took a 2 month break where everything was fine after a few weeks.

ive had breast pain as well and onc said it was most likely because of tam.

You could consider taking a break from tam to see if everything goes back to normal.

I should add that every time I went off tamoxifen for surgeries, the nausea disappeared, so it likely contributed to my GERD
