Received part test results not good

Last week I had 3d mammography, ultrasound, punch biopsy and fluid was removed from an area in my breast that started to drip after the punch biopsy. At the time I saw my doctor have all signs of IBC visually in left breast and enlarged lymph nodes in left armpit. The doctor said she was concerned for either infection or IBC.

Today my culture results came back and no infection. My biopsy didn't come back but the ultrasound did not pinpoint a particular area to biopsy so doctor did where signs of IBC seemed worst.

I also have an ultrasound mammography report that I hope someone can help me understand:

Mammography: There is skin and trabecular thickening seen medial aspect of left breast. There is also increased density in retro pectoral region of left breast medially.

Physical examination...focal contour abdomen seen in lower inner quadrant.

Ultrasound: The skin is thickened in the lower part of left breast. There is breast tissue is echogenic and dialated lymphatic channels are visualized.

I'm past menopause 59 yo. Very anxious since infection ruled out and trying to steel myself for a DX of cancer and hoping for stage 3 instead of 4.

Hang in, the biopsy will tell a lot more. My ultrasound and MRIS showed a highly suspicious area along with my 2 tumors. I was told mastectomy required. Well the highly suspicious area turned out to be normal.

meow13 thanks. I already asked for anti-anxiety Meds and glad I did. At this point don't know what else it could be but cancer. My breast is so swollen and uncomfortable and a classic IBC presentation. I feel it's all over except for the doctor calling me to say it is cancer. I know it is cancer
