DIEP breasts droopy compared to implants-anything to be done?

I had implants removed in December because they were causing PMPS. My fantastic surgeon did DIEP and it has been miraculous for me as far as the pain. My problem is that I really liked the high, round and firm look of the implants. DIEP breasts look giant, floppy and droopy by comparison with very little top projection. Can anything be done about this in phase 2? When the swelling goes down they will probably be even flatter. Should I ask the doctor for anything specific to do in phase 2? I was spoiled by some very good work done on the implants.
