Weight loss after reconstruction

I had a mastectomy about a year and half ago with implants. My question is I have finally been able to loose almost 20 pounds (with the help of diet pills) and now my breasts are noticeably different sizes. My shirts tend to hang to one side.
Just wondering if anyone has gone through this and decided to have surgery to fix it? I feel kinda guilty complaining about it at all because my results were so good when everything was done

Has your weight stabilized? If so I would definitely get a fix insurance should pay for maintaining.
