heavy reconstructed breast

Had diep Sept 2012.  Enjoyed the tummy tuck that came with it but I knew I wouldn't be able to keep it that way.  What  I am wondering is by gaining weight I have noticed that my reconstructed breast is drooping and bigger.  Is it because they take the fat from your stomach to make the new breast and since I gained weight the breast is larger because its made from my fat?  My surgeon said that I can have the breast re done but I need to lose weight and keep if off for 3 to 4 months.  Any insight will help.

Don´t breasts get bigger when we gain weight anyway?  I am sure they do........so fat will find other fat.....simplistic I know but that´s my take
