After pain

Hi 

I'm Tracey , I've had sentinel lymph node removal and lumpectomy at end of last November , some of the numbness has resolved but at back of arm and arm pit hasn't . Its the pain that's still so painful in these areas . Yes im still doing exercise and I'm still taking painkillers 7 wks later and it's getting me down , any other ladies like this ?? Any hints to get on top of this ,  cheers .🙂🙂

Time is the only thing. Think months not days or weeks. But it Does get better. The numbness is from cutting through nerves. It may not fully recover feeling in those areas. Talk to your Dr about the pain, I would think you would be off pain killers by now, but we are all different. Luv & hugs
