Pain after Revision-exchanging implants

Boy, it's been a looooong time since I've visited here. I had my TEs/Implant exchange a long while ago, but alas, I ended up with deep undulations, so my surgeon decided we should do a revision. I had that surgery yesterday. She ended up putting in larger implants than I had expected, which is fine by me (and my husband, lol). What I want to ask from those of you who have also had revision surgery, how much pain did you have afterwards and what kind of pain med you were prescribed? My doc gave me NORCO, which does little to nothing for me, and I'm wondering if it's reasonable for me to ask for something stronger.

I'm a bit groggy as I write this because in addition to the prolonged effects of the general anesthesia yesterday, I took some Ativan a little while ago. So I hope I writing what I mean.
