US description of mass

Hey there! I was recently diagnosed with bc but do not have my pathology report yet. My doc told me to research the internet even though my pathology report will not be in until Friday. The imaging report for my US showed a 1.7 x 1.5 x 2.4 cm lobulated hypoechoic mass with color flow at the region of the clinically palpable lump at 1 o'clock. Intramammary lymph node is seen at 11 o'clock 7 cm from the nipple, measures 0.5 x 0.3 x 0.6 cm with echogenic center.

Does "with color flow" refer to the color Doppler of the US? I ask because the doc who did my US said there was no vascularity in the mass.

Also, what is the size of a normal lymph node? I don't know why she'd be measuring this one in particular. Although I have a great internist, I am beginning to realize how little she knows about cancer, and she doesn't seem to be able to answer my questions. One more week until my appointment at Mayo Clinic....

If you can shed any light on the above, I would be very appreciative.
