Hi Ladies:

I just completed the process for egg retrieval, a stop on my way before chemo and hormone therapy. Just wanted to put a post out here to shout out to the Livestrong Foundation and Walgreens.

Both offer programs for financial assistance for women with a cancer diagnosis looking to preserve fertility. All of my medications (except for the trigger shot) were covered and I was eligible for a significant discount on the actual procedure, storage, etc.
