Chemo and change in breast size?

I am wondering if anyone else has noticed that both breasts decrease in size during chemo treatments, when cancer's been diagnosed in 1 breast? I've completed 3 of 4 A/C treatments with 4 taxols to come. Cancer is in my left breast and it has shrunk significantly as a result of neoadjuvant treatment as expected, but why is my non-cancerous breast also shrinking? My CT scan has indicated there's no cancer in my right breast. I am concerned because my cancer was not visible on the mammogram or MRI only ultrasound, so there's a nagging sense in my head that perhaps cancer is lurking in my other breast. Has anyone else experienced this?
