Why does my signature change when I refresh the page?

I originally entered in my surgery and tamoxifen start dates incorrectly and had to go back and change them. That was months ago I made the changes, but still when I refresh a thread page those dates change back and forth between the correct and incorrect ones. Sometimes one or the other date changes, and sometimes they both do.

I don't know what you see right now, but the correct dates should be 10/7/15 for the surgery and 11/17/15 for tamoxifen. They change back and forth to 10/8 and 11/16.

Here's a screenshot of the signature that shows to me in the above post. Surgery date is correct but Tamoxifen date is incorrect. When I refresh the page one or more times it will change back.

Now here's another screenshot of how my signature looked after I clicked Submit on the 2nd post. Now the surgery date is incorrect and the tamoxifen date is correct. It has changed in all three posts.
