Hurting after biopsy

today I got biopsys. Two on left and one on right. One biopsy was close to nipple and now I'm hurting really bad. Tylenol not working. My breast is so swollen. I'm putting ice on it. My other breast doesn't hurt at all. Is this normal?

I would call the Dr because of the swelling.
