COPD, Bronceostasis and Breast Cancer

I am 42 years old and I have never been a smoker. I have had asthma my whole life and after multiple bouts with pneumonia and bronchial issues I have was diagnosed with COPD and Broceostasis in December 2014. In November of 2015 I was diagnosed with stage ll breast cancer. I have had an Sentinal node, mastectomy, and auxiliary node surgery. I have 3/10 lymph nodes and I am "resting and healing" waiting for my oncology apt. HOW do I stay healthy? I am catching everything! On my way to the pulmonary again..... I have to do everything I can to beat this cancer!I also have to breathe...... HELP! Love you all!
