how to keep the calm?

I am almost one year out from chemo and 8 months from radiation. Its been an interesting journey back to normal-ish. I am desperately trying to keep stress at bay and learn to be more mindful while also taking better care of my body with good food and exercise. I am sure I am not alone with this being a struggle. I'd love to hear how you have managed this balance. I also want to share some posts i wrote for www.zenditty.com Our journey hasn't ended and everything to me feels heightened like i am super aware of stuff. I am doing these posts in hopes of helpng others through their own journeys. Please have a look. I would really really appreciate feedback!!! ❤
