Good breast is tender and quite swollen

For the past month or so I have found my good breast to be quite a bit larger and tender. It feels that way all the time so I don't believe it is a PMS symptom. I had surgery on that side but only to do a lift so it would match the implant.

I have been off tamoxifin for about 2.5 months so maybe it is related to that but my good breast wasn't this big BEFORE tamoxifin so it's not like it's returning to it's normal size with the tamoxifin gone.

I have felt it pretty thoroughly and I don't feel any lumps (as has my oncologst). I mentioned it to her but she was more concerned with other issues at the time so we kinda breezed over it.

Why is this happening? Its making my chest look really lopsided as the good breast is now almost twice the size of my implant.
